Someone called my cell phone and advised they were trying to locate me to be served due to fraud charges being bought against me. The person advised that they were on their way to my job but I could call a number to try to avoid being served and he provided a claim ID #. The number I called was 888-247-6345. The person who answered asked me for the claim #. He said that I owed a debt for a payday loan from 2010 of 1455.00 but he could remove the $200 locator fee if I paid the debt in full. He also presented me with more options to pay installments, to avoid having charges bought against me. I hung up the phone and told him to serve me and I would see him in a court of law.
